Crocodile: slightly fishy, but little flavor at all

kangaroo: chewy and tastes like flank steak

Emu: does not taste like chicken. Melts in your mouth. Tastes more like beef than any other bird. Unique aftertaste.

Camel: really weird. Very very tender. Sweet, smokey, has the texture of chicken.
